Its not a perfect solution, but it does work for podcasts where the speaker has a good voice. The low talkers or people with low volume in an interview I cannot hear. I do have some hearing problems anyway, so maybe this solution is just fine for those with normal hearing. One cannot really wear a hat to protect from the sun and be wearing these ear muffs.
