Then the seller tried to make it right by shipping it Priority Mail. Unfortunately the USPS does not respect those packages either... It arrived with a large chip out of the top. I can't glue it and hide the repair because it's on the top and the picture in the middle of the plate has a top and a bottom. :( Nothing more I can do. It's just a loss.
