I was okay keeping the product, but at a much lower price point because cotton is less insulating and durable as wool and cashmere, and the seller offered me a max of a 10$ refund. This was disappointing as the product itself was wrong on multiple levels and the max offered was only 10$? I even asked for 15 and that was rejected. Also had loose threads.
