Everywhere says size up a full size, even the size calculator on the Korkers website says so. However I ended up going for true to size at a Korkers 7, which equals a womens 8.5. I comfortably fit in them with thin no-show socks and neoprene wading socks layered over them and there's still a little space to wiggle my toes. Glad I avoided sizing up.
