Get out the chain and cattle prod from the closet, warm up the motorcycle, and head out on the highway for racing the way it should be: no rules. Road Rash 64 marks the debut of Electronic Arts' famous franchise on Nintendo 64 with 3D graphics, 13 weapons, and 300 square kilometers of all-new terrain. Exclusive features include damage-enhancing power-ups, the ability to jam an opponent's wheel, and four-player simultaneous racing on a split screen.<br><br>As with previous games in the series, Road Rash 64 involves racing against other motorcyclists on the open road. Since these races aren't sanctioned events, you'll have to avoid oncoming traffic, outrun police officers, and watch out for fellow bikers with weapons. To help even the odds, you can pummel rivals with your fists or give them a swift kick to send them flying. Winning races will earn you cash used to purchase faster bikes.<br><br>Three modes are available: Thrash, Big Game, and Multiplayer. Thrash consists of single races against the computer, while Big Game is a series of races where you try to place third or better. Multiplayer offers a choice of five game types: Thrash, Deathmatch, Tag, Ped Hunt, and "1, 3 and 7 Laps." Options are included for switching screen resolutions, setting the number and ability of computer racers, and adjusting the frequency of police officers, oncoming traffic, and pedestrians.

Haven't had one of these for decades and had only been playing nes games in retro multi systems. Needed the og system to play certain games on the retros couldn't do but it's great to have the classic system anyway. The new pin connector would seem to help with longevity for it as well. Would buy from the seller again.
