Considering I paid less for it than a mid level NAS and that’s what I’m using it for, I’ll take the 8 bays, Xeon processor, 64GB of ECC RAM, optical twin RSP NIC, RAID controller, redundant platinum 350W PSUs, and enterprise quality *everything*. The only drawback is the jet engine fan noise , but that’s solved by hanging it in the garage.
