The Minolta Maxxum 3Xi 35mm SLR Film Camera is an autofocus 35mm single-lens reflex (SLR) camera with a Minolta A-Type mount (known as Maxxum). They belong to Minolta’s third Maxxum series with Minolta AF mount. This camera was designed as a simple family 35mm SLR or entry-level model that is easy to use right out the box once the right lens is attached to the body. This Minolta 3x 35mmi features a fully automatic program and 5 pre-set programs. Manual control is not an option, so there is no need to learn how to create manual settings. Even the flash is built-in and automatic. The ISO settings range is 25-5000, and the focal plane shutter speeds is 30 seconds per 1/2000. While it’s an effective single-lens camera, the 3xi is considered an entry-level camera because of the lack of manual for things like shutter, or aperture, and priority setting.
