I got a refund on an item he seems to sell for about $40 more in different sizes. He described item was used by it had new tags. Seeing how long it was taking I assumed item was lost and issued a full refund. I listed the item used because it was not purchased from a store with receipts and don't want to violate any policy. That was a one of a kind item that was in my store, which I don't have anymore of and rarely list items of its kind for 40 plus dollars. I love giving people good deals and I'm sorry this one fell through.
