It snapped right into place on my new (OEM) front bumper, lines up with the opening as it should and matches the passenger side. I cannot comment on the aftermarket versions, but my concern that a new one wouldn't match due to age was unwarranted. These don't see as much sun as fender flares, so I recommend to not worry about discoloration. Only buying one was the right decision for me. Very satisfied!
