However, the item (a hard disk drive) was shipped loose in a USPS bubble-padded plastic envelope, which is less than ideal as I've seen more than one HDD arrive damaged after being mailed without some extra padding. This one appears to have survived the trip just fine, so I won't complain too much, but some extra bubble wrap or layers of cardboard would help ensure survival of a fairly fragile item.

The computer was clean and and in very good condition requiring minimal preparation prior to turn-on. The Linux system loaded smoothly and the Wi-Fi connection runs very fast. For the price this purchase would be hard to beat. I can recommend this vendor. Thank you!
