Unfortunately, the PS5 I received had significant damage to the HDMI port, which was not mentioned in the listing. The seller stated they were unaware of this issue. However the cord fit very loosely and would not stay connected properly, especially if moved. Since the item was refurbished, I expected some minor wear, but this went beyond what I would consider acceptable.
