I was a little worried when I opened the box that the item may have been broken because the box was very beat up and there wasn't much packing material to protect it, but the item did arrive in perfect condition. This yarn swift needed some reassembly, and after I put it back together, I tested it out and everything works as if it were brand new! Great buying experience!
