      The laptop doesn't work with internet it is not connecting to wifi and internet right , runs slow will cut off before loading.

      Apologies for the internet connection issue with the laptop. This problem can be easily and quickly resolved by updating the network adapter driver in Windows. We will also provide update instructions specifically for the HP laptops we sell to help prevent this issue from occurring again.
