- s***7 (135)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseNot the best quality for the value, all ready stripped on the first use. It came in good condition and appropriate appearance. I will not recommend it for this price I think it’s worth less for not being a good quality.Reply from: great-tools- Feedback replied by seller great-tools.- Feedback replied by seller great-tools.Rusted and Frozen fasteners are a challenge. Sometimes you must use oil, sometimes you must use heat, and sometimes nothing works. Thinking this tool is going to "always work" on a seized fastener is not reality. You have to have a feel for what you are doing and some people don't have that feel. Using this tool on an impact driver and smashing it to death is not the feel needed to remove a stuck fastener. Sorry if you don't like my honesty but the quality of the tool is NOT the problem.
