The listing photos weren’t representative of the of wear/damage to the packaging and inner sleeves. Two of the vinyls had dust and what looked like cat hair on them. There are also scratches on disc H that were not disclosed

So... these disks were inspected both by us and by Target. If there were scratches... they might come from you, but that's beside the point. Everyone wants to be an "activist" nowadays and leave negative feedback, but you should at least tell the whole story: TWO DISKS WERE AVAILABLE, one that was SEALED, the other that was advertised as USED and the description said there were signs of wear. You chose the half-priced one (chose to buy USED) and now are complaining that it is used. Nice...

The value was good, but the picture didn't match the item's condition. Even though the item is new, the sleeve's corners were either crushed or slightly damaged, which was not mentioned in the description. The images were either stock, perhaps from ebay's "sell one like this" option or, just as likely, it's possible this happened in transit, but the item was poorly packaged and that's on the seller. Therefor, I cannot give 5 stars.

Interesting comment, all wrong... We only had one of these, so the pictures in the listing are of the item we shipped to you. On the background of the picture, the grey... that's my couch.. they're not stock pictures. I am looking at the pictures I took, and none of the bent corners are there... so I am pretty sure that this was mishandled, not while in our possession. As for the "poor packaging" - well, it's packed in a protective cardboard and then an envelope, which is how you ship records
