    The only issue WAS a cracked screen and no charger. I had a charger, unfortunately replacement screens are more expensive than what I paid for it. I tried to switch the digitizer and completely broke the screen. Obviously hp (the company) sucks for making all those models with incompatible screens, but the merchant was awesome. Would recommend.
