      My fault. The seller did not specifically state which OS the printer could be used with. This printer software is not supported in Windows 10/11. I did not ask. I assumed. Also, the software that came with it did not provide an English version. This unit was obviously produced for the European market. Not sure if the details were withheld on purpose by the seller, but I broke my own rule about verifying those details before making a purchase. I was in a hurry.
