    Hat was absolutely misrepresented. Multiple holes and what looks to be insect infestation leaving many chewed up areas. Was pictured and listed as "one tiny hole" and suggested to view pictures. No pictures of the multiple easy visible holes and chew marks throughout the brim. Look at my pictures and you decide if this was deceitful. IMO Obviously a purposeful act. Shameful!

    Buyer was immediately given a full refund, told to throw away hat and given profuse apologies for missing any flaws. They were still very angry. I am not sure what else I could have done to rectify the situation besides apologize and refund in full. I have excellent feedback. This was obviously NOT a purposeful or deceitful act on my end
