Item never arrived and when contacted stated that it had been returned to them and gave a full refund. I honestly believe that the item was not in stock at all and had never been sent. What is the point of doing this I just don't know. I guess they don't have items in stock and only order them if/when they get sold on eBay. First negative experience for a good few years. Really impressed with their desire to ensure a satisfied customer - RM "lost" the package so delivery was delayed but DR did all they could to expedite delivery. Product is well made, I'd suggest anyone considering buying one to do your homework, watch You Tube videos and then buy one! There was a temptation to buy the similar, and cheaper, Oxford Products item but from forty years as a dealer I know you really do get what you pay for...
