About 45% of the time, I have to touch the screen two or three time for it to register that I'm trying to fill in a checkbox or whatever with my finger. Company provided excellent communication. The computer ended up arriving one day later than FedEx originally told me, so that sounds like it was a FedEx issue, not the seller's.
