I did replace the broken clip with a new one and after some deep cleaning, I managed to drop the resistance from being open ( not working ) down to 5.1 ohms. I bench tested that Lockon with a transformer and can be returned to service. The shipping, packaging, and value was all good. These used lockons do require some work , so expect that when you buy used. The seller description was good !
