When I contacted the seller with pictures of the scratches, he said I was trying to scam him. I saw some of his other feedback saying his "new" items were definitely used, so I'm thinking he is the one who is scamming people. I just wanted a nice board for my husband's birthday, what a shame. It was new and the claim they made was that it was scratched while plastic wrapped during the shipping inside a cardboard box. Buyers like this are ruining the experience for sellers on ebay.
