    Recived it, opened it up, found pieces broken off of the top of starter and the packaging re taped after it was sent out from seller, put starter on motor and hooked it to power and it seams to be working ok, seller neds to package product way better to keep starters from having broken parts because the POSTAL people just DO NOT CARE ANY LONGER ON HOW THE ITEMS ARE PROCESSED THRU THE USPS, this is the 8 item I have received thru the USPS service in the last few years.
