It is exactly as described, but of course can't run programs written to run only on post-Win 7-era computers. It is 32-bit architecture, which limits its capabilities, as MX Linux just reports that it lacks various files needed to install later programs. Hours spent trying to install with commands sudo apt and dpkg, but the old i386 cannot run more modern programs. Shame, but it is exactly the item described in the listing, and was posted swiftly. Thanks.
