I was shocked to see it poorly packaged in just a thin plastic bag and wondered why I'd been charged $25 for shipping. When I opened the package, I found that it was missing a set of hairpins. I'm so disappointed as I was looking forward to setting my hair with the new rollers and pins. I contacted the seller and am waiting to hear back for a resolution. I'll update my review when I do.
