That's not necessarily a deal breaker, but I do like to know that before buying. It seems no sellers on ebay advertise that fact. I wish ebay would make that mandatory. Item was well packed. Fast shipping & delivery. I would not have rated this as "very good" as the seller did. Even "good" would be a stretch. Honestly, it is more objectively rated "acceptable". For that reason, I consider the selling price I paid way, way too much! Considering that, I may try and give this seller more business. Perhaps, I'd have better luck. We always include pictures of the CD surface for you to look at prior to purchase. This CD came from a CD Collection we acquired which had many rare titles in it. We search the value of all items, and we mark things very competitively. We have never heard of resurfaced CDs, but it does seem like resurfacing a CD would remove the scratches you are talking about.
