Reason I would buy from this seller again was the prompt refund with an item that came defective. There were clips holding the plastic to the metal that were broken (shipping??) and they refunded my full purchase price. And I didn't have to pay for return shipping. I wish the bumper came without the broken clips, but they made me whole by refunding my payment.
