    This feedback is unfair. The item was carefully packaged and shipped the same day. Once a package is with USPS, I have no control over delays—especially during the holiday season. Unfortunately, they took two weeks to deliver a priority package, and any damage in transit was beyond my control. I responded promptly to your concerns, provided tracking updates, and even opened a case with USPS on your behalf. I also offered a refund or discount to make things right but received no response.
