Overall good experience. My only criticism is that the item should've been packaged better. If the shipping price only covers an packing envelope, I would suggest higher shipping for most delicate items (ie the plastic case my item came in)

This was lip balm, not a delicate breakable item. It was shipped in a poly mailer which is appropriate for the item.
