I understand why I seller would do this, but for a pad of paper, this is not necessary. Also was never notified by the seller that I would have to sign for this item so it took me almost 2 weeks to actually receive the item due to the fact that I had to physically go and pick it up from the post office because they would not deliver due to signature request.
