USPS handled the package terribly, nowhere on the package was written FRAGILE. The Graphics card was wrapped in about 3 layers of bubble wrap and placed in a very large box freely with no cushion, so the graphics card was just being thrown around inside the box. The Card itself, yes was used but obviously somebody spilled something on it because it had rust all over it and mold in a lot of places. I thankfully was able to clean it up and reseat thermal paste and it worked properly.
