Two purchases in a row and both canceled with excuses related to mailing costs. Two months waiting. I had to insist at all times, until the seller unilaterally canceled the last order. Bad customer experience.

We recently began offering our products for international shipping. Ebay had some kind of issue charging the same amount for freight for the customer and us (Canadian customers experienced this for the most part). The customer would be charged $3-$5 and eBay would charge us $14. The sale price did not leave us enough room to simply ship at no profit, instead we would have been paying 2 to 3 times the cost of the auctions themselves. We cannot afford to do this. The issue is now resolved.
