Hello, yes you placed your order on the 10th out of business hours, the same day we contacted you mentioning that due to business hours your order will be processed on Monday as we do not work on weekends (no reply from your side). On Monday 13th your order was processed and shipped. We did take responsibility as it was delivered with a 2nd Day (Wednesday 15th) option and not Overnight. For this, we gave your a partial refund on shipping ($10) as overnight cost is $30.99 and 2nd day $20.99
