The ad did mention they had a number of these and the one we get might not be the one shown, but all were the same. But the one we received was much more well used, had a broken heater, and the heaters were 15 amps, not 2 as the picture shows. Ok, so this means this used motor starter was used much "harder" during it's life than the one pictured. But, I am aware this is a buyer beware, used item. I can't complain, I suppose.
