    This is probably one of the best sellers I have every encountered on eBay! The HP Decade Capacitor box was shipped promptly and I was shocked at the speed of delivery. The packaging was also first-class, very professional with very thick foam surrounding the unit in a large sturdy box. The unit arrived looking like new and performed exactly as described.     The Strobotac arrived quickly, was packaged well, and appeared as described, but unfortunately the bulb didn't survive shipping. Not really surprising, given its age. A few bounces on a truck or airplane must have rattled the filament. Since I had another unit, I swapped the bulbs, which caused mine to stop working, and the seller's to function properly. The seller responded quickly to my message, and since replacement bulbs are very hard to come by, issued a refund right away. Thank you, A++
