A heavy item, the packaging/box was insufficient as you can’t just ‘make a box from cardboard remnants and tape.’ Also, no padding or internal packing material was used - again, box was heavily damaged upon arrival because unit banged around inside; luckily did not have to file a claim. Dodged a bullet, take more time to ship it safely and with care.
