Got a good deal on an item I need, but through no fault of the seller, the shipping process is a mess. eBay shipping doesn't send proper updates for progress at all - it's a disaster because it looks like the item is sitting in a shipping center without moving for over a week.
It would definitely be better to ship directly for US/Canada cross-border shipments.
