My local post office couldn't locate it because their GPS system doesn't work with ESUS tracking numbers. This isn't the seller's fault (they were at least nice enough to apologize and offer me a discount on an item in their store as compensation), and my order was a $2 card that can be easily replaced, but facts are facts: I spent money and have nothing to show for it. Absolutely unprofessional and uncalled-for behavior from them, and all because I didn't leave positive feedback on a transaction where I didn't get my item or any money back. Very disappointed and unhappy. Buyers beware this seller's customer service!!!
