It was as described. The seller may not have been aware, but the product was coated in glue (likely from the old packaging?) on its bottom, but it was fully cleanable, with some effort. I was unable to connect it to my computer, running Windows 10. Indeed, it was ChatGPT that suggested this device for Windows 10 users. Unfortunately, it seems ChatGPT is hallucinating on this one (Windows 7/8 is the limit). I take responsibility re: compatibility. The product otherwise appears to be as described.
