Does the toy work correctly and as designed?" Their response was yes and that all it needed was a string. The toy arrived with two loose parts and did not work as designed. There were scratches where it looked like someone tried to repair the toy before shipping. This seller is dishonest and lied about the toy working. I said when I wound it up it went forwards and backwards. I said if you put the string on it should work. I said I was not going to put the string on and that I would let the buyer do it. I said if you are not satisfied return the item for a full refund and I would pay for return shipping. He said no I'm keeping it and giving you negative Feedback.???
