1. The description did not indicate that the handle on the cup was broken but stated to "look at the pictures for condition"
2. Pictures provided did not highlight the item was broken. I am generally displeased with the purchase and I would term the description as "deceptive" because of the lack of information on condition. -- The seller claims I was trying to extort a refund.
