The device was not dispatched in the allocated time frame, messaged the company many times asking when it would be dispatched,they had issues and due to the bank holiday even if I removed the bank holiday it still took over 3 days to dispatch even then it was not as the tracking stated sender preparing item, asked for a refund a I ended up buying from another supplier and they refused and going back and forth with me I will send it straight back when it arrives, will not use this company again

So this is unfair we already told you so many times that your order will arrive within 3-5 working days.
