Received one pair of socks with the wrong color (white black instead of white navy), although I asked three times that I am looking for white navy before purchasing. Seller refunded me partially but not the amount we spoke absolut afterwards (25% ok full sale price). Can’t give the seller positive feedback, sorry.

The buyer requested socks # PSK656-104 & Psk648-100. When he contacted me to say he didn't like one of the pairs, I asked him to send me a picture of the item number of the pair he didn't like, it was PSK656-104. I offered a full refund if he returned the pair he didn't want. He declined that. So, in a good will gesture I offered a 25% refund off of the pair he didn't like. He felt that he should have received a 25% refund for the full order (including the pair he did like.)
