We did not ship it like that. Buyer is from South America who used a forwarding company which damaged it. We did not contracted and have no connection to the his shipping forwarding company.

I bought a computer that just has a lot of problems. It's a scam. First, the battery doesn't work and then the screen goes blank when something doesn't work. Don't put it on sale. Not everyone has enough money. I buy with a lot of sacrifice.
