Sound level of Alexa voice sometimes drops off to very low levels without warning or cuts start of messages off. Compared to the Echo Dot that this unit replaced, though, sound quality is at least as good as most Bluetooth speakers and better than some. The interface isn't the best or the most intuitive but it's OK. As usual, Alexa Skills are hit and miss but again, that's not the unit's fault.
