Item arrived damaged; item works in but the case is clearly damaged. Part of the back side is caved in. The top and bottom covers do not sit properly on the chassis. The shipping box was not damage, so damage happened prior to shipment. Seller wasn't willing to do anything to rectify the situation. Poor service.
