I own other super box and this one is defective I’ve sent a message to try and resolve my issue but to no avail I have to keep resting the box by means of plugging it out which is very frustrating for my family and I if you’d responded this negative feedback would have been much different “the remote doesn’t work unless I reset the box every time I want to use it”
