This is a good book for learning how to do Chinese calligraphy, it presents diagrams of how to form each component.I particularly like the presentation of different quotes from different sources of Chinese history and philosophy. I’d recommend getting another book that tells you the order of the strokes. Another advantage of this book — there are YouTube videos of the author teaching beginning classes in Chinese calligraphy online: https: m.youtube.com/watch?v=GUIK-OeHxYY
