We have reached out to you and offered to re-ship and just asked for a day or so to contact USPS to find out what may have happened, as the package clearly is showing delivered in the mailbox. I am not sure why you would say we are a scam, when the tracking shows delivery. Why would we ship the product out to you if we were a scam? We have refunded your order as well, hardly "scam" behaviour.
