Sadly not leather....PVC Vinyl - PU Plastic - Synthetic Material. Although crafted well. The price, too low to believe that it would be leather.... But you never know.... The little voice in my head said it's going to be junk and i set my expectations low. It will serve its purpose and more for $23.
